It all started with...

My parents taught me the beauty and value of tea.  After all, when you live in the South, there's nothing like a tall glass of sweet iced tea.  Folks came from miles around just to have a glass of Mom's sweet tea.  (Dad loved his tea hot.)
Little did I know that from that humble beginning, I, too, would develop a love of tea - iced and hot. 
Then, a few years ago, I attended a beautiful Victorian tea party, and the rest - as they say - is history.  I began hosting my own tea parties.  Then I began writing tea cards with tea sayings inside them.  I was told that I should "do something with those."  This, in turn, developed into the desire of writing my own book.  Now, my tea adventure has expanded from tea parties to writing, designing, and soon will encompass embroidering my sayings onto tea aprons.  At night, I seldom sleep...I am constantly tea-dreaming! 

My next tea-venture will be attending the World Tea Expo in Las Vegas May 30-June 1.  Hope to see you there!
